Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 17, 2026
1. Introduction
Goldliquid is a decentralized perpetual futures trading protocol for ALTIN.S1 (Gold) on the Arbitrum blockchain. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you interact with the protocol through the Goldliquid interface.
By using Goldliquid, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. The protocol operates autonomously through smart contracts, and no central entity controls or owns the protocol.
2. Information Collection
2.1 Blockchain Data
When you interact with our smart contracts, all transactions are recorded on the Arbitrum blockchain. This includes:
- Wallet addresses
- Transaction hashes
- Trade data (entry/exit prices, leverage, collateral amounts)
- Position information
This data is publicly visible on the blockchain and cannot be deleted.
2.2 Authentication Data
The Goldliquid interface uses Privy for wallet authentication. Privy may collect:
- Email addresses (if you sign in with email)
- Social login information (if you use Google or other providers)
- Wallet addresses associated with your account
This data is managed by Privy according to their privacy policy. Authentication credentials are not stored by the Goldliquid protocol or interface.
2.3 Usage Data
The interface may collect information about how you access and use the protocol:
- IP addresses (for security and analytics)
- Browser type and version
- Device information
- Pages visited and interactions
3. How Information Is Used
Collected information is used to:
- Provide and maintain the protocol interface
- Facilitate transactions through smart contracts
- Display your positions, PnL, and trading history
- Send notifications about your trades and positions
- Improve interface functionality and user experience
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
Note: The protocol itself operates autonomously through smart contracts. The interface is a tool for interacting with the protocol, not a centralized service.
4. Data Storage and Security
Decentralized Nature: Goldliquid is a decentralized application. Most data is stored on-chain (Arbitrum blockchain) and in decentralized databases (Supabase for indexing). We do not have centralized control over blockchain data.
Off-Chain Data: The interface uses Supabase to index blockchain events for faster UI loading. This includes position data, trade history, and notifications. This data is derived from public blockchain information and can be reconstructed by anyone with access to the blockchain.
Security: Industry-standard security measures are implemented to protect off-chain data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. The protocol's security relies on the underlying blockchain and smart contract security.
5. Third-Party Services
The interface uses the following third-party services:
- Privy: Wallet authentication and management
- Supabase: Database and real-time subscriptions
- Alchemy/QuickNode: Blockchain RPC providers
- Binance TR: Price feeds (USDT/TRY rate)
These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data (where applicable)
- Request deletion of off-chain data (blockchain data cannot be deleted)
- Opt out of non-essential data collection
- Disconnect your wallet and stop using the platform
To exercise these rights, contact info@goldliquid.org. Note that blockchain data cannot be deleted or modified, as it is permanently recorded on the Arbitrum blockchain.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Maintain your session and authentication state
- Remember your preferences
- Analyze platform usage
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.
8. Children's Privacy
Goldliquid is not intended for users under the age of 18. The protocol does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe information from a child has been collected, please contact info@goldliquid.org.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
